The Nationalist Party said today that the quality of life in Malta is fast deteriorating and it should not happen that workers need multiple jobs to keep up with the cost of living.

This is depriving them of quality time with their family, the PN said.

In a press conference, spokesmen Ivan Bartolo and Charles Azzopardi said that everyone deserves to be assisted, without looking at one’s political colour.

There are people who are doing what some months back they never imagined they would have been forced to do, such as begging for food. The Labour government can no longer be considered as the Workers’ Party and, instead of helping those in need, it helps only its friends.

The party on Sunday will be holding a mass protest to send a message against the theft of our quality of life.
