A judge has warned lawyers in the case against Yorgen Fenech, who is charged in connection to the murder of Daphne Caruana Galizia , not to leak any evidence.

Judge Edwina Grima clarified that the ruling prohibiting the publication or dissemination of documents in the case, which she had delivered in 2021, still stands

The judge said that no documents in the case, unless they are presented in open court, can be published on any media.

"The court prohibits the parties in the case and their respective lawyers to pass on copies of these documents to third parties, whoever they may be," Grima said, unless they are given special permission to do so by the court.
