A motorcyclist was grievously injured following a collision in Mosta on Saturday afternoon.

The polish said the crash took place in Civil Defence Road at 1.45pm.

It involved a Hyundai I30 driven by a 40-year-old man from Mosta, and the biker, a man aged 61 of Rabat, who was riding a Kawasaki.

The biker was taken to hospital with grievous injuries.
