For the fourth consecutive year, the San Gwann Local Council is organising the Christmas village at the primary school of San Ġwann, under the name "Frosty Meadows” with various attractions and over 30 stalls, with activities for the family.

Parliamentary Secretary for Local Government Alison Zerafa Civelli, along with the Local Council officially opened the Christmas village on Saturday, and also attended the Christmas Gathering activity at the location.

Zerafa Civelli said that these types of activities provide entertainment for the whole family, where they can spend quality time together in a serene environment.

Mayor of San Ġwann Trevor Fenech shared details of the programme of activities during the Christmas village. He said that through the opening of this village, the council is initiating a month of activities in San Ġwann.

The Christmas village will be open from Saturday, 2 December, from 9am until 10pm and on Sunday, 3 December, from 9am until 9pm. Admission will be free for everyone.

Local artists such as Glenn Vella, Kurt Calleja, Fabrizio Faniello, and Mike Spiteri are among those who will offer an entertainment program for those attending.
