A motorcycle caught fire in St Julian’s on Friday, setting ablaze two more vehicles – a car and a caravan, which created large plumes of smoke in the area.
A police spokesperson told The Malta Independent that the police were informed of the incident at around 12.30pm Friday, when firefighters and officials from the Civil Protection Department (CPD) were dispatched to Triq il-Mediterran.
The motorbike first caught fire, which then spread to a caravan and a car parked next to it. The police spokesperson said that there were no injuries in this incident.
