Two women and a man were taken to hospital after a collosion between a bike and a car on the Regional Road on Wednesday morning.

A man and a woman were riding on a motorbike which was involved in a crash with a car, driven by a woman, just off the sliproad leading from Reggie Miller Street.

Their condition is unknown.

The collision, which took place at 7.10am, caused a major traffic jam in the area on the southbound carriageway, going as far back as Paceville.

The accident has since been cleared and traffic is normal.
