Hats off to Dr Anglu Farrugia. It seems that he is back at his old job and is doing some detective work to boot!

He alleges that, during the recent General Election, he suddenly discovered a brisk market of electoral votes for sale. He goes on to explain, to anyone who wishes to listen, some devious ways how votes can be sold or bought for a pittance in this mini-market.

May I remind Dr Farrugia and others of his ilk of an ideal way of encouraging further sales of votes in five years’ time?

On the eve of a General Election, irresponsibly employ 8000+ people with the “drowning” State and to hell with the financial negative aspects involved. Never mind – the taxpayer will pay!

I have lost count of the millions of euros the taxpayers have paid and are still paying for this electoral “sale”.

Perhaps, the good doctor will consult KMB about the matter. He is the expert!
