Through its legal representative in Malta, the company said Victor Reginiano, the owner of Clavis in Republic Street, Valletta, was selling wristwatches with the Ferrari trademark. The company said that notwithstanding a letter sent to him in June, the shop owner had not ceased the sale of items. It therefore called on Mr Reginiano to stop selling the watches.
Dr Luigi Sansone signed the writ.
