HSBC’s Zurrieq branch manager Carmen Busuttil, who presented the sponsorship to event coordinator Anton D’Amato, said: “This is an excellent initiative by a group of young people from Zurrieq who have given up so much of their summer to prepare for this event. The HSBC 50-hour football marathon will also include entertainment for all those who attend. The event is expected to come end on Sunday 8 August at 9pm.
