Some of us sometimes are economical of praise; this attitude at least on occasions needs to be remedied.

On Monday 13 December we had a dripping mains water tap in the basement, all the family being at home on this national day. At 9am we rang up the Water Services Corporation and by 10am we not only had repairs carried out but also received a follow-up telephone call to confirm that all was well!

For this we would like to offer the WSC many thanks and grateful praise.
