Cremation is yet another issue that our country has to tackle.

The people living in Malta must be provided with facilities that would enable them to have their bodies cremated once their spirit moves on to pastures new!

Adequate and immediate legislation has to be passed so that cremation will become a possibility, with the State assisting entrepreneurs to locate a suitable area where a crematorium is to be erected.

A number of local residents have to go through unnecessary expenses to make arrangements to have their bodies transported upon their demise to another country, precisely to have them cremated. Let us, therefore, act now: we vote for representatives of the people so that these see to the various interests and exigencies of the people.
