For the sake of transparency, Peppi Azzopardi should to hold the

lottery for prizes connected with L-Istrina in public, and not in an obscure room away from public scrutiny. Also, I would expect the publication of names and ID card numbers of the winners.

I consider L-Istrina as another public lottery. I give charity in a different way.
