For the sake of transparency, the Gaming Board should insist that the organisers of l-Istrina hold the lotteries in public, and not in an obscure room at Maltacom in Birkirkara.

Also, I would expect the publication of names and ID card numbers.

I consider l-Istrina as just another public lottery.
