We would like to thank your correspondent for taking the time to provide us with feedback on her particular issue. Our customer care system directs calls automatically to the appropriate section according to the fault reported. In this case the system reported no technical fault and within a very short time span – overnight – all TV services were resumed. To this effect, it was not necessary to dispatch a technician.
