The Vittoriosa Lawn Tennis Club will this year be organising its first teams tournament during January, February and March. The tournament which is being sponsored by Simonds Farsons Cisk plc will start on Saturday 22 January 2005 and will be played on Saturdays. In case of bad weather, public holidays will be utilised.

This tournament shall be played on a two-set basis and players shall play a minimum of four matches. All participants will be grouped in teams according to their abilities by the captains concerned.

Teams will play each other in a round robin format. Then, the first four teams will play a knock-out to determine the finalists.

Applications will be accepted on a first come first served basis up to a maximum of 54 men and 54 women.
