I have just received a Christmas card posted from the UK with only our family name on and Malta – no street or town information was included. This has been forwarded to me, with a very courteous note by Maltapost apologising for the delay due to lack of information.

Maltapost is frequently criticised in the press for poor service. I have no such complaint generally and in this instance feel they deserve public acknowledgement and praise for their perseverance and good service. Well done Maltapost!
