The hatred directed at AD, and anything that has to do with that political alternative, which oozes out of Ms Marisa Micallef is simply overwhelming.

The way she denigrates Labour and anything that is Labourite and tries, however pathetically, to deify all that is Nationalist, is absolutely remarkable.

What, however, disturbs is the fact that this woman heads a government entity, the Housing Authority. She is paid with public money – all the public. Given this, as well as Malta’s bipartisan atmosphere, I find it really cheeky and downright unprofessional for the head of a government department to write so much in favour of the Nationalist Party in government.

How can people in their right senses take this writer seriously if she insists, time and again, that only the Nationalist Party has the God-given mandate to govern this country, whatever its mistakes, whatever its performance, come what may?

Well, at the end of the day, she doesn’t need to make it so plain as to whom she’s grateful for her job!
