Four Premier Players get one-match ban

Four Premier players will be missing their next league match as they were banned one match each by the MFA Disciplinary Commissioner yesterday.

They are William Camenzuli of Birkirkara, Daddy Okeke of Lija Athletic, Kevin Sammut of Msida St Joseph and Darren Debono of Sliema Wanderers.

Andrew Decesare of San Gwann and Malcolm Tirchett of Senglea were the only two first division players to receive a one-match ban.

Second Division Dingli’s Michael Cutajar was suspended for three matches, while three other players, Christian Micallef of Attard, Angelo Borg of Rabat and Emanuel Sank of St Andrew’s received a one-match ban.

In the third division, the following were suspended one match: Marco Sultana of B’Buga SP, Karl Vella Petroni and Kris Sargent, both of Gharghur, Jesmond Azzopardi of Luqa SA and Neil Attard and Brian Gilford, both of Xghajra T.
