Bondiplus will this evening tackle the delicate subject of prostitution.

It will be taking the cue from a white paper entitled Towards better and easier justice which was recently published by the Home Affairs Ministry.

This paper contains a section that deals with prostitution in Malta, and tonight’s programme will include several guests who will be airing their views on the matter.

Among them, there will be Parliamentary Secretary Carmelo Mifsud Bonnici; Dr Nicky Vella de Fremaux; Vincent Borg, who thinks that prostitution should be organised and made legal and Assistant Police Commissioner Michael Cassar.

Footage will be shown of loitering and soliciting in various places around Malta, while there will be interviews with pimps and Maltese and foreign prostitutes. Lap dancing and pole dancing will also be addressed in the programme.
