Palio’s Restaurant was recently the host to some 80 children who spent an entire morning in chef’s hats.

Four Junior 1 classes from St Michael’s school in Pembroke, supervised by their teachers and Palio’s staff, experienced what being a pizza maker is all about as they were given their own pizza base which they topped up with the ingredients of their choice.

After spending the required time in the oven, all the pizzas were enjoyed with great relish by all the children.
