I would like to pay public tribute to Mr Alex Manche – our famous Maltese heart surgeon – for all his professionalism, care and support both before and after my recent heart surgery at St Luke’s Hospital.

Thanks to him, I now have a new lease of life.

May God bless him, his equally-caring team as well as all the specialists, medical and nursing staff of the CTS, CICU and M4 ward.

No wonder our expertise in heart matters is second to none.
