Vodafone Malta Ltd has announced its support for Winter Moods’ new EP Closer, which is due for release in April.

Earlier this month, Malta’s top local band issued the first single from this EP and announced that all proceeds from the project will be donated to animal charity SOS Animals Malta.

“We are captivated by Winter Moods’ latest single – Closer. This new song, which has a catchy tune, comprises the band’s skill and musical expertise as well as their undeniable timbre which we appreciate in all their music,” said Vodafone Malta chief commercial manager Paul Bahia. “We are delighted to support Winter Moods’ latest project, thus further strengthening our relationship with the band, and also assisting SOS Animals Malta.”

The new EP, Closer will be available for sale from all record stores and Vodafone retail outlets from 18 April. Closer will comprise the band’s new song as well as another three Winter Moods songs. Closer was recorded at Temple Studios and was produced, engineered, mixed and mastered by David Vella, who also worked on the band’s previous CD albums.
