Radisson SAS Employees excel at Mediterranean Culinary Championships

In the recent Mediterranean Culinary Championships held at the Eden Ice Arena, Radisson SAS Bay Point resort chefs - Chris Zammit, chef de partie and Kevin Vella, commis chef, pastry department achieved outstanding results.

Chris Zammit was awarded three gold medals in the 'Best Overall Statics' category and 'Works in Pastillage'. Kevin Vella was awarded one gold medal in 'Works in Fat', one Silver Medal in 'Plated Maltese Sweets' and two bronze medals in 'Works in Fat.'

Commenting about this achievement for both employees within the Radisson, Ernest Barry, general manager of the Resort said, "We are honoured by this achievement. This is an achievement for the Resort and Island Hotels Group as well as a professional achievement for Chris and Kevin."
