From Mr C. Flores
I hope readers are finding
this innocuous and light-hearted exchange of niceties between Mr Michael Falzon A&CE and myself a trifle entertaining, and the editor can still suppress the odd yawn or two.
It is to be admitted that the good architect has scored: I have always been hopeless at mathematics. Obtrusive buildings in unspoilt valleys, though, are thankfully judged more by a natural sense of proportion and good taste rather than boring trigonometry.
I guess his bleak electoral showings were not based on the same intelligent reckonings.
