This victory is not about the EU Constitution; it is about the little people who shunned politicians and newspapers that try to ride roughshod over good, decent people.

What about the French waitress who said, when asked how she would vote: “Well if all the politicians are for it there must be something fishy about it so I shall vote ‘no’.” What a classic.
