Dear John,

Your sudden departure has left all of us at MITTS Ltd shell shocked. On my part, and on behalf of your colleagues at MITTS Ltd, I want to say thank you for the excellent work you carried out and the support you provided to all.

I worked with you John very closely for three years, and in a more distanced fashion during the last two years.

Of the many positive personal characteristics that you hold are honesty, integrity, loyalty, and commitment.

John, you always left a marked impression on me.

Also, John, you always impressed the people around you by your ability to defuse issues, beavering quietly behind the scenes to address and resolve matters – which you invariably did, and your ability to find the positive side to anything and anyone. John you are the team player.

John, your leaving us leaves a void and a presence that is difficult to replace.

Yet there is much that we can learn from your excellent traits and replicate in our professional and personal life.

I thank you John for your contribution as well as support, and above all your friendship.
