We refer to the eco-fest, held on 4 and 5 June to commemorate World Environment Day, at the Independence Gardens, Sliema and would like to express our thanks to the Rural Affairs and The Environment Ministry for giving us the opportunity to participate in this event.

Such excellent organisation made the general public and us more aware of our environment. It was very interesting to see

the various exhibits giving information about their respective fields.

Such events should be encouraged and should be held more often.
