New President for Msida SJ

Dr Kevin Deguara (pictured) is Msida St. Joseph new boss after he was elected president in Friday’s annual general meeting. Dr Deguara takes over from Italian Dott. Roberto Goveani, who last week in a letter sent to the Saints’ committee, informed them that he was resigning from his post with immediate effect. Besides the new president in the AGM were elected also the following persons for the 2005/06 committee:

The Executive Board also consists of the following members: Antoine Portelli is vice-president while the Finance director is Robert Farrugia. Claudio Martinelli is the general secretary and Edward Calleja is a member.

The club’s administrative board consists of chairman Claudio Martinelli, secretary Keith Abela-Wadge, team coordinator Martin Micallef, team manager Simon Pace, Marketing and fund-raising manager Alan Abela-Wadge, Liasoning Officer-Nursery Frans Farrugia and club director Paul Magro.
