Paranga, the trendy restaurant at InterContinental Beach Club is now open – definitely the place to wine and dine this summer.

The concept of this restaurant is an innovative and chic atmosphere, resulting in a seamless blend of comfort and custom-designed environment for the customer’s relaxation. Paranga is set on a teak deck at the water’s edge, with the rippling sound of the sea beneath.

Executive chef Max Grenard has prepared an exotic menu by offering an original mixture of Mediterranean elements, and his creations accommodate all tastes. The innovative dishes at Paranga include a wonderful selection of Mediterranean cuisine, a feast of grilled marinated meat, fish and vegetables, refreshing salads, mouthwatering pasta dishes and much more – all guaranteed to awaken the senses!

Adjacent is the Lido Terrace, a casual restaurant which serves snacks in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Chef Max recommends a delicious selection of original pasta dishes, tasty salads, an array of sandwiches, appetising pizzas and irresistible fresh fruit and ice cream – all ideal to satisfy even the greatest of hungers!

“The InterContinental Hotel Group is honoured to have been given the opportunity to add the InterContinental Beach Club in St George’s Bay to its portfolio. The service and ambience is what is expected in a 5-star resort, and the Paranga and Lido Terrace are our latest gems,” said general manager Christophe Laure.

Paranga will be open for lunch and dinner daily, and the Lido Terrace will be open 24 hours a day.

The InterContinental Malta is owned by Eden Leisure Group Ltd and is managed by InterContinental Hotels Group plc, the world’s most global company, with 3,500 hotels in over 100 destinations.
