Tonight, Ivan Filletti is launching his debut album Somedays on the Rock Stage @ World Beers Area with his band at the 25th Farsons Great Beer Festival.

Co-penned by Boris Cezek, the album contains 11 original tracks, including his hit singles Cold Heart, Who’s to Blame and Breaking My Hand.

The recent single for the album Breaking My Hand has been given extensive radio airplay over the last two weeks. It debuted immediately in the No. 30 spot on Bay Radio’s top 40 and it is climbing fast to the top spots. The single has also made it as an X-track on XFM.

The new album Somedays has been received with high critical acclaim in the local media.

“Somedays finds the singer in fine form – vibrant and melodic as ever... a four-star rating,” Michael Bugeja wrote in his review in The Malta Independent. And Eric Montfort, in the The Sunday Times, described it as “subdued, melodic and coming of age”.

“We have been working on this album for the last two years and The Farsons Great Beer Festival is the perfect launchpad for it. Performing the album live is what really thrills us” said Ivan Filletti.

The band features Ivan Filletti (vocals), Boris Cezek (drums), Alex Demtrevich (bass), Kevin Vella (guitars), Erice Wadge (acoustic guitar), and Andre Schembri (keyboards).

The album Somedays was mixed and mastered by Howard Keith at Farmhouse Studios (Malta).
