As president of the Gozo NGOs Association, I feel duty-bound to express my satisfaction that at last we have in hand the White Paper, which should soon result in consolidating legislation regulating and supporting NGOs.

The Association Council will be studying it in detail and also intends organising a public discussion and information meeting.
