Anyone who visits St Julian’s will notice right away that the village is well-saturated with foreign students who make themselves seen and felt.
One might also notice boys roaming our streets wearing just shorts and girls in swimwear. While in Rome and other European cities people are prosecuted for such behaviour, in Malta, though we have similar laws, no one seems to care. Is it not about time that those (and other) guests, on entering our country, are briefly instructed about our laws and culture and gently asked to respect them?
