No, this is not the usual whine which I daresay you expected.

On the contrary this is a hearty congratulating pat on the back for the Hospital Administration.

On the occasions when I visited our main general hospital, I found the “ new” pay-as-you-leave parking arrangements as easy as peeling a ripe banana.

There is no comparison with the former haphazard first come first served frustrating merry-go-round.

So St Luke’s Hospital take a bow, you deserve it !
