The results of televoting, where prizes can be won, and other lotteries held on radio and television are unclear. We hardly ever see draws held in public or with a representative from the Gaming Board. We do not even know how a computer draws the winning tickets.

It is believed that the Gaming Board does not have the proper legislative tools to enforce regulations.
