An advert appearing in the local press invites U-Bet punters to turn to a particular page on Dive Teletext to check the results. If the new service offered by Dive Teletext is as efficient as the other services offered by the said company, then punters are to be pitied. Just to give one example of gross inefficiency, page 100 still tells us to turn to page 101 to learn the latest news. This service has been inoperative for more than a year and before that the “latest news” was normally more than a month old!
