Hats off to the 26th Frame, the producers of the TVM Sunday night programme Il-Lejl it-Tajjeb. They have produced a show which is both highly entertaining and thought provoking – a high quality production that puts most other locally produced TV shows to shame.

Il-Lejl it-Tajjeb is based on an original concept. It delves into a number of events and occurrences that have taken place in the Maltese Islands over the years for which there are no rational explanations – miraculous healings, apparitions, stigmata, bleeding statues, UFOs – and tries by means of cleverly edited archive footage, photographs and first hand experiences to prove their authenticity or otherwise and to answer the many questions that arise by soliciting comments from psychiatrists and other professionals.

Well done guys. Give us more of the same.
