Congratulations to the staff of Mosta Polyclinic. On Friday my wife and I went for anti-flu “jabs”, prepared to wait in a queue for some time.
When we arrived at the tables allocated for this we found only five people before us. When it was our turn the nurse/clerk looked at our ID cards, asked for our telephone number and age and passed us to the nurse who was administering the injections.
A second nurse was opening the packages and passing the syringe to her colleague and we were immunised. As retired nurses we were delighted with their efficiency. Total time (including queuing) less than 10 minutes. Well done, Polyclinic staff.

The efforts made by the Customs Department over the past few weeks must be commended.
It shows that the department is well aware of its responsibilities and carries them out in a most efficient manner.
Its latest important results in the fight against contraband are a clear example that the department is doing an excellent job.
