89.7 Bay launched the second Bay Music Awards. The awards will be held on Wednesday, 7 December at the Eden Arena, on the eve of a public holiday.

Bay listeners have to vote for the nominees by SMS. There is a mobile number for each category (see down) and people voting should send an SMS with the name of the singer/band. Voting is now open and will remain open until 2 December.

Those who vote may win the following: a Creative Zen Micro Mp3 Player (First International), two vouchers for a one night stay at the InterContinental Malta, two vouchers for dinner for two at the Harruba Restaurant, and two vouchers for dinner for two at the Soprano Restaurant.

One thousand BMA tickets will be given out on air while Lm2 tickets will be on sale from the Eden Century Cinema box office within the next few days.

All nominees for the BMAs will perform on the night and the audience will also be able to witness six of Malta’s top club DJs perform all at the same time.

Scar will also be launching their brand new single.

The next big party to be hosted by Eden Arena will be the New Year’s Eve party.
