I have just received the usual renewal notice from my car insurance agency. Gross premium: Lm74.52. Less 60 per cent no claim bonus: Lm44.71 which leaves a net premium of Lm29.81 plus Lm6.50 duty charges.

This is very simple mathematics and therefore the total amount should be Lm36.31. But no, their mathematics, are different and I am asked to pay Lm51.50. The 60 per cent no claim bonus is just a joke.
