I, the owner of the Kappara Service Station, make reference to the email entitled Warning: Do not get petrol from Kappara petrol station, which is currently being circulated and wherein it is inter alia being alleged that occasionally the automatic fuel pumps installed at the said petrol station do not give out fuel and receipts, and that on claiming their refunds, a number of customers have been sworn at and attacked physically.

I strongly deny all the allegations therein being made as utterly defamatory and unfounded, and intended solely to harm my reputation and the business I operate.

I will be taking the necessary judicial proceedings against the individual spreading these allegations.
