I’d like to acknowledge the financial assistance provided by the Mission Fund for helping us to run a soup kitchen for 30 families in La Paz, Bolivia.

Some of them come to serve at our parish, bringing their children with them. We have Catholic action women who cook for these poor families. On the other hand, we send the food to others who are bedridden or too old to be able to walk up to the parish to have their lunch. This service is done by the youth group of the parish.

I would like to appeal to kind people to send used stamps, telecards and donations to Mission Fund, a providential society which has been helping Maltese missionaries all over the world.
