As part of an ongoing process of collaboration initiatives with its key stakeholders, Air Malta and Bank of Valletta recently organised two ‘Project Management’ training courses for Air Malta’s top management.
All Air Malta’s chief officers and general managers participated in these courses that were delivered by BOV’s Joseph M Camilleri, who is an experienced practitioner in this area.
Commenting on this programme Air Malta’s chief officer HR & Corporate Services, Adrian Coppini said, “BOV’s initiative to support its corporate clients through the sharing of knowledge and expertise is extremely welcome and further enhances the excellent relationship and networking that exists between us. The programme will help Air Malta foster a project management culture in the way projects are handled, enabling more efficiency and results-orientation.”
The programme was spearheaded by BOV’s learning specialist Paul Gauci in conjunction with Mark Galea, Air Malta general manager HR. It was held at Air Malta’s Training Centre at the airline’s head office in Luqa and coordinated by Air Malta’s training manager Peter Grech.
