The demise of Dennis Degiorgio marks the passing away of a man of vision.

Undaunted by heavy seas, he managed significant change for the common good with his tranquil and composed style of navigation.

He was a true leader who contributed significantly to the well being of our nation. He carried the mark of a great man – able to achieve, rejoice and suffer in silence.

Mr Degiorgio, may you now rest in peace.
