As a driver I could not fail but be impressed by the informative two features on this important subject in (TMID 29 December). I commend these to all your readers and hope my fellow drivers will take them to heart and keep them always in mind in this festive season and there after; for their own good and for others as well.
As a doctor and a pathologist, my credo is why not forget all about those statistics of alcohol levels in the breath and urine and blood and the units of beer or wine or strong spirits judged to be safe while driving.
If you have to drive, do not drink – I plead for zero tolerance in the breath and blood and the urine and you will not regret this safety precept.
