Would a bus driver playing his music on route no. 45 from Cirkewwa to Valletta if convicted of a contravention be fined by the North (Mellieha, St Paul’s Bay etc.) Tribunal, the Central (Mosta etc.), the one having its seat in Birkirkara, the other in Msida and the final in Valletta for committing this contravention in these different places?
