What a pleasant surprise it was to read Marisa Micallef’s defence of Ta’ Cenc (TMID, 16 January): truly remarkable.

Apart from her usual attempt to denigrate Alternattiva Demokratika, this time by playing Nostradamus, the piece was commendable.

As I have been suggesting for some time, at least since the spirit of her contributions on rent reform have started to mirror ours, the lady is more of a green than she hates to believe herself to be.
