I write this with reference to the refurbishment and traffic diversions effected on the Blata l-Bajda flyover. It has been some time now since these lights were installed but to date they still do not function. As a consequence, minor traffic accidents have already taken place. People also need to cross the road. What are the authorities concerned waiting for? An accident to happen?
