I read on the Internet on your newspaper that the lower part of the Cottonera is getting a face-lift.
Well not before time! I was born in Cospicua in 1936 and each year that I visit the island, Cottonera always seems the same.
Now that Vittoriosa has the marina and very nice it is too, it’s about time that this little corner of Malta is remembered. After all it was the worst hit during the Second World War as most of the military installations were there at the time
Besides if the tourist board got its finger out it should see how much the area has to offer the visitors
