The Malta Council for Culture and the Arts (MCCA) is inviting young talented photographers under 30 to participate in Crossing Glances, a project supported by the European Union within the Euro-Meda Youth project.
Crossing Glances aims to nourish and develop a deeper knowledge of peoples and countries through images and text. Thus, photographers, through their images, should describe themselves and the people of their age, meeting places, shared and/or individual moments, the social realities of their life, the difficulties their countries are going through, tensions, or enjoyable or moving moments of their lives.
Further information and application forms are available from the reception desk, Malta Council for Culture and the Arts, 230 Republic Street, Valletta, tel: 2124 5168.
Application forms and the required material are to be submitted personally in a sealed envelope at the Malta Council for Culture and the Arts by not later than Monday, 13 February during office hours.
