Any seller is obliged to inform a prospective buyer of what he is purchasing before a sale takes place. In the same way, Melita was obliged to inform me, the customer, of what I was buying when they sold me a year’s subscription last December.
I decided to do this, changing my analogue package to digital and paying Lm37 more for it, apart from other costs, but I was not informed that many a time during these forthcoming 12 months, I will be looking at a blank screen (for channels I fully paid for) when rugby, football or car racing will be broadcast even though they were well aware of their plans!
I would like to specify that it is not a question of money, but more likely a feeling of having been misled.
